Corrections and site questions
Email hello@archeagechronicles.org for a factual correction, broken link, accessibility problem or privacy request. Messages are handled by the independent site operator.
Include the page URL, the sentence or behavior you are reporting, and a current official source if you have one. For a display problem, include your browser and screen size. Please do not send passwords, verification codes, private keys or payment details.
Game support
We cannot restore characters, change servers, issue refunds or investigate game bans. Open Customer Support from the in-game ESC menu for those requests. The official Steam news hub also links developer announcements and community channels.
Response expectations
Messages go to the independent site operator. No response time or game-support outcome is guaranteed. We do not currently offer a newsletter, account system or live chat.
